Refund & Return Policy for Digital Patterns
Due to the digital nature of our products,
All Digital Pattern Sales are Final
Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered (via download or email), it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Digital patterns are considered non-returnable items because they cannot be “un-delivered.”
Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a pattern prior to purchase, we are happy to help.
Refund & Return Policy for Physical Products
Due to the physical nature of our products, customers are required to inspect their order upon arrival and notify us of any issues, damages, or faults within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted within this period, and once a return has been approved, customers will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging where possible. Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist with the return process.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by us, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
